What's New... One of the bills in the HAH legislative package was SB 1804, which proposed to create additional sources of revenue for the Trauma Fund that is used to subsidize trauma care statewide. The Legislature passed SB 1804 during the regular session. However, the Governor included it among the list of bills she was considering for a veto. Ultimately, the Governor decided not to veto the bill, and it became law without her signature as Act 231, SLH 2008.Visit "Legislative Watch" for more information about the measures in the HAH legislative package.
