Overview

This comprehensive 6-week series will provide the LTC/AL team with detailed fall management program components to effectively reduce fall risk, occurrences and possible fall-related injuries.

Topics will include QAPI systems to drive improved safety, keys to better fall risk assessments, insights into effective Root Cause Analysis, intervention selection that target individual resident risk factors, developing comprehensive fall management care plans, & elevating staff engagement in fall prevention efforts.

Each webinar is 60 minutes in length and registration includes access to on-demand content.

Continuing Education

Six (6) continuing education (CE) contact hours for nursing home administrators and nurses are pending for this series. To be eligible for a CE certificate each person must register for the series, pay the registration fee, attend the session(s) via the webinar software on your computer or via the GoTo Webinar™ mobile app, and complete the corresponding HAH evaluation(s). Phone only attendance is not tracked.

Proactive LTC Consulting is managing all NAB credits; HAH is managing ANCC credits.

Valid for the live webinars only: One (1) NAB contact hour is pending for each session. Nursing Home Administrators must provide their NAB ID # when registering in order for CE credit to be automatically uploaded to their NAB Registry account. (Example of NAB ID #: R1234567).
