Managing "Unmanageable" Patients

A 3-Part Webinar Series on September 22, October 20, and November 15, 2022
from 10:30-11:30 am HST

Course Description

A range of emotions can be triggered in individuals when receiving care and services in healthcare settings. It can be challenging for providers when patients exhibit amplified feelings of anxiety, aggression or depression. This webinar series addresses dealing with conflicts, challenging personality styles, and various issues associated with them.

Join us as Dr. Richard I. Ries, clinical psychologist and consultant, examines difficult behaviors and shares solution-oriented and compassionate techniques to de-escalate situations and move toward productive and effective patient interactions.

The sessions will be recorded and made available on the HAH website for on-demand viewing within one week of the live webinar date.
